- Jacqui Schapira is a Senior Occupational Therapist who qualified in 1983 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree.
- Jacqui has over 20 years of experience in the NHS acute hospital setting and over 10 years of experience in the Private Sector.
- Jacqui has a particular interest and experience working in Elderly Care working with acute in-patients, day centres and out-patient departments.
- Since joining the Miriam May Occupational Therapy Practice she has been developing expertise in the management of orthopedic patients helping to prepare for surgery and set up for a safe discharge.
- Jacqui 's currently workload covers responsibility for the support and discharge of adult clients including complex health and social needs by providing effective interventions which promote independence and a return to the community.
- Jacqui is HCPC registered and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapy.
